Order by 2pm, Monday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas to eligible postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to find out if Christmas Express is available for your order. Standard delivery will be available at checkout for orders excluded from Christmas Express.

Christmas Express between 19th - 22nd Dec: 1-2 working days

Standard delivery between 19th - 29th Dec: 5-7 working days

Standard delivery between 29th - 2nd Jan Dec: 4-6 working days

Standard delivery from 2nd Jan: 2-4 working days

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver any Clearwater chemical products to Northern Ireland addresses.

If your order includes chemicals or accessories, these will be dispatched in a separate package via a different courier and arrive at a different time.

All bundle items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Orders placed after 2pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

Please note: This service is only available for UK mainland addresses, with postcode and location restrictions. This delivery method will be displayed in the checkout if your delivery address entered is eligible.

Large items are delivered using a 2-man service for safe and efficient handling.

Yes, certain remote areas may require additional time for delivery, even with our standard service.

Please allow 7‑10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery to remote areas.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank/Public Holidays. Please allow extra time during holidays.

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver to UK and Channel Islands addresses. At this time, we are unable to offer international delivery.

If there are obvious signs of damage, we would advise that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If you were unable to receive the package in person and discover the damage after receiving the order, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging and ensure this remains intact as proof of damage upon delivery for the claim process.

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

The Free Gift must be returned with the original item. If not, we may deduct the gift’s value from your refund.

Products sold as outlet stock may have damaged or imperfect packaging but remain fully functional and are sold at a discounted price. By purchasing outlet products, buyers acknowledge and accept the imperfect condition of the packaging, and these products cannot be returned due to packaging damage alone.

If you are returning an unwanted item, unfortunately your original delivery fees will not be included as part of your item refund.

Return shipping including the purchase of return labels with couriers will need to be the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return your item for reasons such as inaccurately described, or the wrong item was sent please contact us as soon as possible.

If applicable, restocking fees will be displayed during checkout and noted on your packing list.

Orders placed between 1st November and 25th December are eligible for return until 31st January of the following year, under our standard return terms.

Your pre-order will also be eligible for this extended return if shipped between the 1st November and the 25th December.

Refunds are processed within 5‑10 business days after the return is accepted and will appear on your credit card statement within one or two billing cycles.
