We have been a leader in outdoor fun since 1994 and approximately 1 in 50 people around the world has a Bestway item in their home. Our goal has always been to create fun, lasting experiences for everyone! Our versatile products are an invitation to have fun and relax, inspired by the idea that true happiness can be found anywhere.

Since 2019 Bestway® has been nominated to lead the Technical Committee for the revision of Safety Standards at a global level for most popular inflatables.
- All items distributed in Europe are tested and certified according to the latest safety standards
- Nearly 1000 test reports are issued by independent laboratories every year
- Items are certified according to 23 different safety standards.

Bestway® is committed to playing an active role in promoting and supporting sustainability initiatives, constantly researching better ways to minimise the environmental impact of products and maximise the use of alternative energy. Bestway® are industry leaders that recycle almost 100% of production waste, use renewable energy sources, are reducing non-recyclable packaging materials, participate in the Carbon Disclosure Project and instigate biodiversity projects.
Our History
1994
It all began with a beach ball...
The history of Bestway® all began with a very simple beach ball, a staple of family fun at the beach or in a pool.
1999
The first manufacturing facility opened
From the very first beach ball to introducing a wider range of inflatable recreational goods, Bestway® opened its very first manufacturing facility.
2003
The first Fast Set™ above ground pool
In 2003, Bestway® launched the first Fast Set™ pool. To this day, this range of pools offers an extremely affordable, quick and practical option to enjoy a pool at home.
Set up in minutes, Fast Set™ pools provide hours of fun at home and can be very easily packed away until another day.
2004
First Bestway® fishing boat
The Hydro-Force™ brand first came about this year with the introduction of the first Bestway® fishing boat.
Now, Bestway® has a vast and varied range of boats with everything you could possibly need from a classic "rubber dinghy" to the premium RIBs.
2006
Our first solar panels
Environmental responsibility became a new focus for Bestway in 2006, and the first of our solar panels were installed across our production facilites/
2007
Kayaks help expand the water sports category
Bestway® first introduced some watersports items in the late 1990s and the category grew in 2007 with the introduction of inflatable kayaks.
2007
The first luxury portable spa
In 2007, Bestway® revolutionised affordable home relaxation with the very first luxury inflatable hot tub in the world.
The idea was conceptualised here in the UK then designed and manufactured by Bestway® and the rest is history in the making...
2014
The first Hydro Force® inflatable stand-up paddle board
This was a significant addition to Hydro Force® helping make water sports easy and accessible to everyone with a range of portable products that anyone can use.
The Hydro Force® range now features some of the world's most affordable, accessible and quality portable water sports products so that anyone can have their own adventure.
2016
H2OGO!® is launched
Expanding on the popular range of summer recreation, Bestway® launched the now hugely popular H2OGO!® range.
H2OGO!® is the ultimate summer fun for kids with waterslides, inflatable water parks and bouncy castles.
2021
Hydro Force® refresh
In 2021, Hydro Force® had a complete brand refresh with a new look and feel.
The range of inflatable paddle boards, boats and kayaks was expanded with leading design and innovative construction and premium material quality.
2021
Lay-Z-Spa® refresh
In 2021, Lay-Z-Spa® had a complete refresh with a brand new look: new logo, complete new range of products, improved heater pump, features and technology.
Around the same time, independent research found Lay-Z-Spa® hot tubs to be the most energy-efficient inflatable hot tubs when compared to equal products by other brands.
2024
30 years of Bestway®
Celebrating 30 years of Bestway® and becoming a global leader of inflatables and recreational products available on the shelves of major retailers in over 120 countries.
