This is often caused either by the pool not being set up on flat level ground or someone standing or leaning on the frame of the pool.

We would suggest moving the pool to a more suitable location. We would also advise that you do not stand on the frame of the pool, the ladder must be used for entering and exiting the pool.

This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
