The most common cause for this is the pool is not set up on flat level ground.

We would suggest moving the pool to a different site and setting up again. Leaving the pool on uneven ground can cause a lot of pressure to build on parts of the pool which could cause it to collapse.

Please make sure the pool is not setup on gravel, sand, chippings or other uneven ground types. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
